I lead a team of 16 developers and 8 contractors with the goal of releasing a polished game to steam for my senior capstone class at Champlain College. I managed Game Development, QA, and Publishing / Marketing for Mid-Death Crisis.

Production Management

I used Agile Methodologies and tools such as G-Suite, Jira, Confluence, and Miro to organize and structure a 24 person team. My goal was to maintain cohesion, manage scope, and uphold team moral. I achieved this by giving weekly updates on the games progression, creating pipelines and Alpha/Beta Roadmaps, and using Retrospectives as a way to dig deeper on issues amongst the game or team.
